• THE POOL IS FOR THE USE OF COUNTRY LAKE RESIDENTS AND THEIR GUESTS ONLY.  COUNTRY LAKE AMENITY PASS MUST BE PRESENTED TO ENTER THE POOL AREA.

• NO SMOKING in the pool area.

• Unattended solo bathing is prohibited.

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Appropriate swimwear is required.  No cut-offs are allowed.

• Children, three years old and younger, as well as any child not potty trained,  must wear snug-fitting plastic pants or a water-resistant swim diaper.

• No pets are allowed in the pool area.

• No alcoholic beverages are allowed.

• No glass articles are allowed in or around the pool.

• No food or drink is allowed in the pool area.

• Running or rough play is not allowed.                               

• Swimming is not allowed during heavy rain or when thunder can be heard or lightning can be seen.               

• Spitting, spouting of water, or blowing one's nose in the pool is prohibited     

• Country Lake Homeowners’ Association is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• PERSONS ENTERING THE POOL BEFORE OR AFTER HOURS OF OPERATION ARE TRESPASSING AND WILL BE   SUBJECT TO PROSECUTION.​​
