Amenities
Country Lake offers a host of amenities to our residents. We have a Community Center and Event Hall, a Community Swimming Pool, a Tennis Court, a Lake, and a Children's Playground.
Community Center and Event Hall
The Community Center is available to residents only for rental. Non-residents are restricted from renting the facility. Residents must be present at all social gatherings for which the facility is reserved. Residents reserving the facility for gatherings who are not present for the function will forfeit their opportunity to reserve the facility for a period of one year.
Residents must be current on their homeowner’s dues in order to rent the facility. The Community Center is available for rental between the hours of 10 AM and 12 PM. (extended hours must have Board approval).
A NON-REFUNDABLE usage fee of $300 and a refundable security deposit of $250 are required to reserve the facility. The Community Center Rental Agreement and checklist must be signed before the reservation is accepted.
The Community Center is not available for rental for entrepreneurial (for profit) functions. Non-profit functions are acceptable within the established guidelines.

Swimming Pool
There is nothing like relaxing by the pool or bringing the family out for a cool dip. Located directly behind the Country Lake Community Center, the pool is a great place to come and meet your neighbors and enjoy a nice swim.
Community Lake
Country Lake has it's name for a reason. Feel like passing the time and relaxing by the water? There is Residents Only fishing allowed in the lake and pond on Morning Springs Walk. Please make note that no parking is allowed on the street alongside the lake or pond.
Community Playground
Our smaller residents also have a place to call their own. The Country Lake playground is located behind the Community Center. Please be sure to supervise your small children.
